Antico Pastificio Traditional Pasta

Antico Pastificio pasta is produced in the Maiella National Park, in Abruzzo (Italy) where pasta makers' tradition developed since the 19th century. Antico Pastificio only selects fine durum wheat and processes it with Bronze Die Cut to create a rough surface to better retain sauce. The slow drying process of the pasta, at low temperature, helps preserve all the nutritional values and the authentic flavor of natural grain.
